In 2010 the Society returns to Philadelphia for the first
time since the Bicentennial of the Constitution in 1987. The dates are November 18-21.

Donald Tibbs, of the Earle Mack School of Law, Drexel University, is the chair
of the local arrangements committee. Other members of the committee include Tabatha Abu El-Haj, Rocquael Gaines, Sally Gordon (University of Pennsylvania), Mary McGovern, Tanesha Readom, Ray Solomon (Rutgers University, Camden), and Kara Swanson. They are all, except where indicated, of the Earle Mack School of Law. The committee has already issued a zippy flyer.
A
program committee has been formed chaired by Barbara Welke and Ken Ledford. Other members are Holly Brewer, Tom Gallanis, Amalia Kessler, Adriaan Lani, Assaf Likhovski, Christian McMillen, Dylan Penningroth, Jim Phillips, Gautham Rao, Victor Uribe, and Jim Whitman.
